Every Canadian business deadline you owe.
One personal calendar.
ComplyTrackr turns a few quick questions about your business into a 12-month compliance calendar — CRA payroll, GST/HST, T2 and slips, plus your province's extras: workers' comp, provincial sales tax, payroll taxes and the corporate annual return. Quebec's Revenu Québec obligations included. Each deadline comes with plain-language guidance on what to file, where to file it, and what it costs to miss it.
No credit card. All 13 provinces and territories. Every deadline cites its official source.
How it works
- Answer a few quick questions — structure, year-end, payroll, GST/HST, and whether you deal with trusts, subcontractors or non-residents.
- Get your calendar — every deadline for the next 12 months, ranked by urgency, with your reminder preferences.
- Stay on track — mark filings done with confirmation numbers, add any deadline to your calendar, or export everything as a CSV for your accountant.
What it tracks
Payroll
Source-deduction remittances for your CRA remitter type, T4/T4A/T5 slips, and Revenu Québec remittances and RL-1 slips.
Sales tax
GST/HST plus provincial regimes: BC PST, Saskatchewan PST, Manitoba RST and Quebec QST.
Corporate tax
T2 filing, balance-due day, instalments, Quebec's CO-17, and your province's corporate annual return.
Workers' comp
Annual payroll returns for all 12 boards — WorkSafeBC, WCB Alberta, WSIB, CNESST and the rest.
Specialty slips
T5018 for construction subcontractors, T3 for trusts and estates, NR4 for payments to non-residents.
Personal tax
Your T1 deadline — because the owner's return is a business deadline too.
Your own deadlines
Add anything the engine doesn't know — business licence renewals, permits, leases — with optional yearly repeats.
Who it's for
- Incorporated contractors and consultants juggling T2, HST and instalments.
- Small employers who can't afford to miss a payroll remittance or WSIB report.
- Construction businesses reporting subcontractor payments (T5018).
- Anyone who pays non-residents — landlords, SaaS buyers, royalty payers (NR4).
- Accountants' clients — export your calendar as a CSV and hand it to your accountant.
Honest answers
Is this tax advice?
No. ComplyTrackr is a deadline tracker — a planning aid. It tells you when things are due and links you to the official CRA, Revenu Québec and provincial pages for how to file. For anything unusual, talk to your accountant.
Where do the dates come from?
Every rule is verified against official sources (CRA guides, Revenu Québec, provincial registries and workers' comp boards) and cited in our public rules list. Where sources conflict or a rule depends on your situation, we say so instead of guessing.
Which provinces and territories are covered?
All 13. Federal CRA deadlines apply everywhere, and your province's extras are added automatically — workers' compensation, provincial sales tax, payroll taxes and the corporate registry annual return. Quebec gets the full Revenu Québec treatment: QST, CO-17, RL-1 slips and source-deduction remittances.
Does it file anything for me?
No — and that's deliberate. It never touches your CRA account. Each deadline links to exactly where to file, and you can add any deadline to your own calendar.
What does it cost?
The tracker is free while we're building it. If we ever charge, the price will be stated plainly on this page first — no surprises.
